How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, log into your dashboard and click "Cancel Booking", or contact us directly on WhatsApp at 0277737561.

Cancellation by Cozy Kitchen

In the unlikely event that Cozy Kitchen must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (illness, emergency, natural disaster), a full refund of all payments made will be issued within 5 business days.

Rescheduling

One free rescheduling is permitted with at least 14 days notice, subject to availability. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee of GHS 100.
